This building was once a marine supply warehouse near the working waterfront of San Diego Bay. We renovated the building and helped the Barrio Logan area accelerate its turnaround as a new creative center for the city.

Founded in 1982, Miriello Grafico is a communications agency that empowers established businesses to maximize calls to action by defining their brands in effective and creative ways — better known as brand expression. We decided it was time to put our money where our mouth was and commit our creativity to a building space that would represent our brand in the most individual way. No regrets.
